On March 6, officers responded to the 3500 block of Prince Edward Drive in Accokeek for the report of a stolen van.
While en route, officers were dispatched to the 8200 block of Bishopsgate Lane for the report of stolen tires. Officers canvassed the areas and subsequently located the rear seats of the van and personal property belonging to the van’s owner.
Both the van and tires were stolen overnight and detectives say the seats were removed from the van so room could be made for the stolen tires.
