On Aug. 29 at 8:10 p.m., PFC D. Harrison was patrolling the 8500 block of Kingsview Drive in White Plains when he observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the neighborhood pool.
PFC Harrison approached the vehicle and upon making contact with the occupants, he smelled the odor of raw marijuana.
Further investigation revealed the driver, Seneca Austin Jonelis, 18, and a passenger, Antwan Darrelle McCall, 21, both of Waldorf were in possession of suspected marijuana, pills, assorted paraphernalia and cash, in amounts consistent with distribution.
A 17-year-old male, who was also in the car, was in possession of marijuana. Jonelis and McCall were arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, and the teen was charged with possession of drugs and released to his parents.
