On March 3, Deputy Nelson responded to the victimโ€™s residence in Park Hall for a harassment complaint.ย ย 

Deputy Nelson learned William S. Parks, Jr., 18 of Great Mills, had been at the victimโ€™s residence knocking on the door and repeatedly made phone calls to the victimโ€™s residence. Deputy Nelson spoke with Parks and advised him to stop calling the victim and not to enter upon their property.ย 

In the early morning hours of March 4, Deputy Elizabeth Croyle was called to the victimโ€™s residence because Parks had returned.ย  Deputy Croyle found William S. Parks, Jr., in the victimโ€™s yard where he was arrested.ย 

Parks was charged with Trespass and Harassment and released to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
