On March 3, Deputy Nelson responded to the victimโs residence in Park Hall for a harassment complaint.ย ย
Deputy Nelson learned William S. Parks, Jr., 18 of Great Mills, had been at the victimโs residence knocking on the door and repeatedly made phone calls to the victimโs residence. Deputy Nelson spoke with Parks and advised him to stop calling the victim and not to enter upon their property.ย
In the early morning hours of March 4, Deputy Elizabeth Croyle was called to the victimโs residence because Parks had returned.ย Deputy Croyle found William S. Parks, Jr., in the victimโs yard where he was arrested.ย
Parks was charged with Trespass and Harassment and released to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
