On Oct. 2 at 7:10 p.m., Calvert County DFC Edwin Bradley was on bike patrol at the Calvert County Fair when he received the report of a possible fight in progress.
Two groups of people near the back gate had been separated by personnel from the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Dept. One male juvenile attempted to flee but was sustained by DFC Bradley. The juvenile, a 17-year-old from Lusby, shouted profanities and would not respond to orders to calm down and stop shouting.
The juvenile was subsequently charged with disorderly conduct on a youth report and released on the scene to a parent.
