On Oct. 10 at 5:04 p.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Smallwood Park and Ride in Waldorf for the report of a citizen robbery.
Investigation revealed the victims, a 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old male, were walking down a path when they were approached by a group of males who assaulted them and stole their wallets.
Officers canvassed the area and located the suspects a short distance away; a wallet belonging to one of the victims was recovered from one of the suspects. Michael Landers, 18 of Waldorf, and two 16-year-old Waldorf males, were charged with robbery and theft. Officer J. Thompson made the arrest.
