On the night of June 29, TFC J. Edelen was on routine patrol traveling southbound on U.S. Route 301 in the area of Jefferson Farm Place when he stopped Samuel Joseph Bullock, 18 years of Ft. Washington, for a window tint violation.
Corporal R. Cuyler of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office arrive at the scene with her K-9 and performed a scan on the vehicle with a positive alert.
Bullock was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
