On Oct. 6, Deputy A. Perkins responded to a private residence on Point Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for a report of a trespasser.
Upon arrival, Deputy Perkins observed Lavelle Bernard Miller, 27 of no fixed address, sitting on the front porch of the residence. The homeowner had asked Miller several times to leave the residence and Miller refused. Deputy Perkins witnessed the homeowner ask Miller, one last time, to leave the property and Miller refused.
Miller was arrested for trespassing.
