On May 23, 2010 Deputy George responded to a residence on Oregon Way in Lexington Park, for a report of a trespasser.
Upon arrival Deputy George met the owner of the residence who reported Eric Gabriel Turner-Groth, 22 of La Plata, had been visiting the residence but she now wanted him to leave and he was refusing to do so. Deputy George contacted Turner-Groth, who was extremely intoxicated, had urinated on the floor of the residence and refused to leave.
Turner-Groth was arrested and charged with trespassing.
