At 6:42 a.m. on March 28, TFC Whipp of the Prince Frederick trooper barrack responded to a residence on Forest Glen Drive, Lusby, to serve a warrant.
Upon contact with the occupants of the residence, TFC Whipp observed 3 CDS smoking devices, containing marijuana, in plain view.
Arrested at that time were Paul Leroy Chew, Jr., 19, of Lusby, and a 16-year-old male, of Lusby, for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia.
After processing, Chew was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing. The juvenile was released to Juvenile Services to await a commissioner’s hearing.
