In May of 2019, Northern District Narcotics Detectives received information regarding possible CDS distribution in the area of 101 North Crain Highway in Glen Burnie.
Through the course of the investigation, detectives were able to identify two subjects allegedly involved in CDS distribution.
On June 14, 2019 detectives arrested and charged Jonathan O’Connor and Frank Saia. Recovered from Frank Saia were 85 suspected alprazolam pills.
