On January 18, at approximately 11:08 a.m., TFC J. Wilson was traveling southbound on St. Charles Parkway, south of St. Marks Drive when he observed a red Chevrolet Impala with the driver not wearing a seat belt.
TFC Wilson stopped the vehicle; made contact with the driver, Justin Matthew Fulton, 20 of Clinton.
Fulton was charged with counterfeit Trademark of $1000.
