UPDATE:

On Friday, at approximately 8:10 am, there was a report of a vehicle accident at Route 2 and Skinners Turn Road.

Once units arrived on the scene found three vehicles involved.

Two individuals were transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital.

All traffic going West/South on Route was stopped for about 45 minutes.  All other traffic was allowed to take different routes around the accident.  Once the vehicles were removed from roadway the West/South traffic was open. 

UPDATE:

Advisory: RT2 and Skinners Turn Rd accident is cleared and roadway is open.

Advisory: Route 2 and Skinners Turn Rd is shut down at this time due to an accident.
