Matthew Paul Brown
Mechanicville, MD— Deputy A. Budd responded to the 39000 block of Thomas Drive in Mechanicsville for the report of a domestic assault.
The victim alleged the suspect, Matthew Paul Brown, age 35, of Mechanicsville, struck the victim in the face during an argument leaving a visible injury.
During the same argument, another victim was struck while attempting to intervene, also causing visible redness to the second victim’s face. Moore was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Second Degree Assault.
