On June 24, Deputy T. Seyfried responded to the Wal Mart Store in California, for a report of a theft.
Investigation revealed the Loss Prevention Officers for Wal-Mart observed Gary Mitchell Quade, Jr., 27 of Leonardtown, take DVDs from the shelf, walk to another section of the store, remove the DVDs from the packing and place them in his pocket. Quade then walked past all points of purchase and exited the store. Quade was stopped outside the store by the Loss Prevention Officers and detained until Deputy Seyfried arrived.
Quade was arrested and charged with theft.
