On September 15, St. Mary’s County BCI detectives located John A. Talley, 30 years of age, formally from Leonardtown, in a residence in Great Mills.
Detectives determined that Talley, who was wanted for Failing to Notify the Sex Offender Registry of an Address Change, was staying in Virginia and returned to St,. Mary’s County on September 14.
He was incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
