Warrant Service – On Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 5:45am, TFC J. S. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-14848) on Franklin R. Bumpers, 59, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County on March 11, 2011 with an original charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol. Mr. Bumpers was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention for service. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
