St, Mary’s Sheriffs Deputies report the following arrests this weekend:

Shannon Natasha Williams, 20, Lexington Park, was arrested for Theft Scheme under $500. Police allege Williams was an employee of a California business and stole from the cash register. Deputy Robert Russell was the investigating Deputy and the charging Officer was Deputy Keith Moritz.

Adam Jacob Powell, 20, and Mark Avon Dotson Jr., 19, both of Hollywood, were operator and occupant of a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 245 at the McIntosh intersection.

Police say a strong odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle and a switch blade knife was located inside in the possession of Dotson.

Powell was charged with possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. Dotson was charged with possession of deadly weapon. The investigating and charging Officer was Deputy Shawn Cathcart.

Jeremy Leigh Keigley, 28 of no fixed address, was arrested by Deputy Harold Young for Theft under $500. Police say Keigley attempted to exit the Target Store with a 15” LCD television.

The item was returned to the store and the suspect was charged. This is Keigley’s third arrest since Sept. 21 on theft related charges, police say.
