On August 29, 2010 Deputy Nelson responded to Cedar Lane in Dameron, to Deputy Knott with a burglary investigation.
Marie Rosette Proctor, 52 of Dameron, became upset with the disposition of the burglary investigation and threatened to burn down the victim of the burglary residence.
Proctor was arrested and charged with threat of arson.
