Dep. Beishline of the Lexington Park COPs Unit responded On September 6 to a reported domestic assault in the Westbury Subdivision and made contact with the victim who reported his girlfriend assaulted him. During the assault, the suspect also injured their child. The suspect was identified as Tiffany Rae Stiffarm 30 years old of LexingtonPark.
It was further learned the suspect had an active protective order forbidding her to be at the victim’s residence. Stiffarm was placed under arrest by Dep. Beishline and charged with two counts of Second Degree Assault, Second Degree Child Abuse and Violating a Protective Order.
