On June 6, while investigating a trespassing complaint in Piney Point, Dfc. A. Whipkey ran a Texas registration plate to a 1994 green, Pontiac Bonneville.
The St. Mary’s County Emergency Communications Center advised Dfc. Whipkey the registration and 1994 Pontiac were reported stolen to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Texas. Angel Misael Ayala Blanco, 20 of no fixed address, was the operator of the vehicle.
Blanco was arrested and charged with two counts of theft and one count of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
