On March 14, at 10:27 a.m., Trooper First Class Saucerman stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Route 231 in Prince Frederick.
Jennifer Harvey, 33 of Chesapeake Beach, was arrested for driving under the influence. She was also charged with possession of pills that she did not have a prescription for; and drug paraphernalia used to “snort” crushed pills.
She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
