At 1:18 p.m. Dec. 8, TFC F. Dolinger of the Leonardtown barrack served Caroline Valerie Buell, 35, of Leonardtown with a criminal summons to appear in court to answer Theft charges.
These charges resulted from an investigation on August 10, in which the suspect is accused of stealing $800 from the victim.
