Woman destroys fence and assaults victim

California, MD— Deputy T. Wesner responded to the 22000 block of Cornwall Drive in California, for the report of a property destruction in progress. The victim alleged the suspect, Evelyn Silvianne Taylor, age 63, of California, removed a piece of the victim’s privacy fence. The victim also alleged Taylor assaulted the victim during a confrontation. The victim displayed injuries consistent with the allegations. Taylor was arrested and charged with Malicious Property Destruction and 2nd Degree Assault.
