On Oct. 8, at 1:22 a.m., William Patrick Carey, 55 of Lexington Park, was served with a protective order issued by Judge E. Gregory Wells, through the District Court of St. Mary’s County. Carey was ordered to stay away from the petitioner’s address on Pegg Lane in Lexington Park.
On Oct. 8, at 7:11 p.m., Carey returned to the Pegg Lane address.
Carey was at the Pegg Road address when deputies arrived. He was arrested for violating the conditions of the protective order.
