Hughesville, MD – On May 9, SMAR’s YPN (Southern Maryland Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network) Committee donated proceeds from their last event to Christmas in April Calvert and Charles Counties. Each charity received a donation of $806.03. Alvin Stewart from Charles County was present to accept the donation. Also, they and other Realtors® and Affiliates of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors® volunteered for Christmas in April on April 28th to help those in need with needed house repairs. “Christmas in April is one of the ways SMAR’s YPN is giving back to the community,” says Lindsay Clark, YPN Chair. She continues, “We look forward to this activity each year.”
