On January 17, at 3:10 p.m., TFC D. S. Brill responded to the 41000 block of Norris Street in Leonardtown for the reported out of control juvenile.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 26 of Leonardtown, who advised that her 11-year-old son assaulted her by hitting her with a belt.
The juvenile was later taken into custody and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing. He was later taken to the Cheltenham Juvenile Detention Facility where he was held pending further action by Juvenile Services.
