On Sunday, October 16, 2005 at 4:50 pm, TFC A. Rossignol responded to Old Missouri Street, Lexington Park, for a reported disturbance.
Investigation revealed that a 14 year old female struck another juvenile in the mouth and head with her closed fist. Minor injuries were observed to the victim’s mouth and forehead. The victim’s mother refused medical attention.
The 14 year old was arrested and charged with assault. She was released into the custody of her mother pending disposition by Juvenile Justice Authorities.
