At 9:05 p.m. Aug. 31, Cpl. Richard Wilson responded to the Apex Theater at 200 W. Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick for the report of a fight.
It was determined that Justin A. Parker, 18 of Great Mills, had assaulted another 18-year-old male, Mervin O. Gantt of Lusby.
Gantt was transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital for treatment for facial injuries.
Parker was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
A search of Parker incident to arrest revealed suspected cocaine. He was also charged with possession of cocaine.
