LEONARDTOWN, MD – St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is pleased to announce that the 2017-2018 Open House Schedule is now available for online viewing at www.smcps.org.
The first day of school for students is Tuesday, September 5, 2017, with the exception of the Chesapeake Public Charter School, who began their first day on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.
Parents and students can also locate their school bus stops by clicking on the “Bus Stop and School Locator” link. School bus transportation information for students attending the Chesapeake Public Charter School, a STEM Academy, the Academy of Finance, the Global and International Studies Academy, and the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts can be found by clicking on the “Bus Routes” link, which is also available on the Bus Stop and School Locator page.
