WALDORF, Md. — Liquor Outlet Waldorf, LLC has officially begun delivering alcoholic beverages to Charles County residents, following approval by the county’s Board of License Commissioners in March.
At the board’s June 12, 2025, meeting, it was reported that the business made its first delivery on May 21. Since then, the company has filled 19 delivery orders — 18 of which were successful. One order failed due to an expired ID at the time of delivery, and it was noted that all deliveries were made to residential addresses.
According to the update, the business is intentionally starting slowly to learn the process and build gradually. A few repeat customers have already emerged, and initial feedback has been positive. Customers expressed appreciation that alcohol delivery is now available locally.

The board will still require Liquor Outlet to attend their monthly liquor board meetings to help address any issues early on and provide guidance for future businesses seeking delivery licenses. To accommodate the business owner’s schedule, Liquor Outlet will be placed first on each monthly agenda.
Liquor Outlet Waldorf is currently delivering orders to customers through the Uber Eats and DoorDash platforms:
Liquor Outlet Waldorf is operating out of the former A+ Wine & Spirits location at 10573 Theodore Green Blvd., Waldorf, MD 20695.

I said nothing about the noticeable absence of alcohol deliverys but didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to encourage it. I see someone has finally noticed it. Please stay put, stay home after you’ve had alcohol + don’t venture out.
