
GREAT MILLS, Md. — Two people were injured Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, after a two-vehicle crash in the 20300 block of Point Lookout Road near Dyson Building Center.
Firefighters and EMS from the Second District VFD and Rescue Squad and Bay District VFD Station 9 were dispatched at 12:07 p.m. Crews confirmed no entrapment on arrival.
After evaluating two occupants at the scene, EMS requested a medevac for one due to the nature of the injuries. The helicopter landed at a nearby church, where Engine 61 established the landing zone.
One patient was transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A second patient, also reported to have non-life-threatening injuries, was flown by Maryland State Police Trooper 7 to an area trauma center.
Units handled traffic control and cleared the scene a short time later.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
