$500M Deal Includes Waldorf Toyota In Major Maryland Dealership Acquisition

WALDORF, Md. — A major dealership acquisition valued at approximately $500 million includes the Waldorf Toyota dealership, according to published reports, marking one of the largest automotive retail deals tied to Southern Maryland.

Brandon Steven Motors recently finalized the purchase of a portfolio of dealerships across Maryland, significantly expanding its footprint in the region. The transaction involves multiple locations and brands, with Waldorf Toyota among the dealerships included in the deal.

The Waldorf dealership, located at 2600 Crain Highway, serves customers throughout Charles County and the surrounding Southern Maryland region and has long been a key player in the local automotive market.

The acquisition is part of a broader expansion effort by Brandon Steven Motors, which is growing its presence nationwide through large-scale dealership purchases. The company is expected to significantly increase its total number of locations and overall annual revenue as a result of the deal.

No formal announcement has been made by Waldorf Toyota regarding the ownership change.

Financial details specific to individual dealerships were not disclosed. The overall transaction, however, is being reported as a nearly half-billion-dollar deal, placing it among the largest recent acquisitions in the automotive dealership industry.
