Solomons, MD – ย One of the largest Halloween events in Southern Maryland was held Saturday, Oct. 24 at Annmarie Sculpture Garden and Arts Center in Solomons. The 16th annual Halloween in the Garden drew hundreds to the park off Dowell Road. For five hours attendees, including numerous toddlers traversed the gardenโ€™s path, gathering Halloween candy provided by the more than 70 participating community organizations and businesses.

Free trick-or-treat bags were provided to attendees.

A very nominal admission price of $1 was charged with the cash going to aid The Food Basket Program, The Annmarie Program Fund and other needy groups.
As the photo galleries compiled by The BayNet Photojournalist Ron Bailey indicate, there were plenty of cute, scary and creative costumes on display. Enjoy the photos! Perhaps youโ€™ll see someone you know!
