5/22/16 – CRITICAL MISSING PERSON: The Charles County Sheriffโ€™s Office is seeking the publicโ€™s help in locating a critical missing person. Robert Carter, III, 28, was reported missing on May 22. He was last seen at the St. Charles Town Center in Waldorf on May 21 at 4:30 p.m. Family members believe he may have gotten lost. Carter is currently under a doctorโ€™s care and is without his medication and money. He is 6โ€™4โ€, 195 lbs., and has black hair, a moustache and a beard. He was wearing a brown jacket, a black and white checkered shirt, black pants, white Nike tennis shoes, and prescription eye glasses. Carter lives on Springhill Newtown Road in La Plata. Relatives reported Carter may be walking and tends to go out during the night rather than at daytime. Anyone who has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911. Officer B.
