Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack Trooper First Class Oles responded to the Holiday Inn Express in Prince Frederick on October 24th for a report of suspicious drug activity in the parking lot.
A hand to hand drug transaction was observed. Rachel M. Pitcher, 25 of Broomes Island, and Tyler D. Ricchiuto, 23 of Huntingtown, were arrested for exchanging prescribed narcotic drugs.
Pitcher and Ricchiuto were incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
