A DSW store will be opening this summer in the Wildewood Shopping Center in California. The store will be occupying one-third of the former McKayโ€™s Food and Drug Store. The other two-thirds of that store will have a Bed, Bath and Beyond, which is scheduled to open soon.

Senior Director of Investor Relations Christina Cheng, who is in DSWโ€™s corporate office, confirmed that the new store โ€œis scheduled to open in the third quarter.โ€

The stores were formerly known as Designer Shoe Warehouse. According to Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia, DSW โ€œis a specialty branded footwear retailer, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
