A 14-year-old male was given another criminal charge upon arriving at the Cheltenham Youth Facility’s main office on Sept. 17.
While in the “Tour Building” the juvenile intentionally discharged a fire extinguisher inside the main office, spraying the dry chemical agent throughout the main lobby.
The youth was taken into custody by Deputy State Fire Marshals and was criminally charged with malicious destruction of property and then released back to the Cheltenham Youth Facility’s staff.
