On July 31 at 7:24 p.m., after conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle at W. Dares Beach Road and Md. Rt. 4 in Prince Frederick, Dep. J. Norton found the driver and a passenger to be in possession of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Dep. Norton arrested the driver, Kimberly Ann Walton, 47 of Prince Frederick and charged her with possession of Phencyclidine, possession of LSD and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, two plastic bottles. Also arrested was Darrell James Holliday, 45 of Laurel, who was charged with possession of Phencyclidine and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a glass vial.
