A free seminar titled “Taking Control of Your Retirement” is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 24 from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the College of Southern Maryland Leonardtown Campus, Building A, Room 206.
Many Americans watched their hard earned retirement savings drop significantly in value over the last year. This seminar, led by local financial experts, will discuss what factors caused the 2008 declines, how you can reduce your exposure to future market downturns, and learn what action steps you can take now to help control your financial future.
