Possession with Intent to Distribute-Marijuana: On 4/7/15 at 1:11 am, Trooper First Class Oles stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 north of the Calvert Cliffs State Park in Lusby for traffic violations. A moderate odor of raw marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed 244.3 grams of marijuana. Danielyn M. Winder, 35 of Lexington Park, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Possession of Marijuana: On 4/7/15 at 3:32 pm, Trooper First Class Costello stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Ball Rd. in St. Leonard for traffic violations. The distinct odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the inside of the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed trace amounts of marijuana in a smoking device. Kyle R. Evans, 19 of St. Leonard, was issued a Civil Citation for possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and was released.
