Chesapeake Beach, TFC Stein stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the operator, TFC Stein observed suspected marijuana in plain view. Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia was Christopher Michael Smith, 19, of Chesapeake Beach. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
Prince Frederick, TFC Whipp stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. A CDS scan was conducted by TFC Murphy and K-9 Remington, who alerted on the vehicle. A search was conducted and suspected marijuana was located in the vehicle. Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana was Sean Michael Rice, 19, of Prince Frederick. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
Owings, TFC Koch stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator, Nicholas Alexander, 29, of Gambrills, was subsequently arrested for DUI. Incident to arrest, suspected marijuana was recovered. Mr. Alexander was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
Thomas Alexander Milburn (Age 40 of Bushwood) was charged on a Criminal Summons for Assault Second Degree by Deputy James Fontana.
Cpl. Anthony Moschetto was patrolling the area of Stamper Court in Prince Frederick, when he made contact with a suspicious subject. After gaining consent to search, Cpl. Moschetto discovered suspected marijuana on the subject. He then arrested James E. Mackall III, 25 of Prince Frederick and charged him with possession of marijuana.
TFC Trossbach observed a 1988 Ford Escort on Rt. 245 south of Rt. 235 in Hollywood. The vehicle had several safety equipment violations and a traffic stop was initiated. While speaking with the driver, Elton Lee Zeone, Jr., 24, of Mechanicsville, a homemade CDS smoking device was observed. Mr. Zeone was charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia on a Criminal Citation and issued an equipment repair order for the equipment defects.
Kayla Lynn Shlemon-Jordan (Age 23 of Leonardtown) was arrested by Deputy John Logalbo for operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. Drug Recognition Expert Master Patrol Officer Scott Kaiser of Greenbelt City Police assisted in the arrest.
