COBB ISLAND, Md. — The Cove on Cobb Island is back open, welcoming the community into a beautifully refreshed space and a brunch experience that is already getting people talking.

Now under the ownership of Millian — one of the owners of The Charles — and his wife, Theresa, the restaurant has been revamped inside and on the menu, creating an updated dining experience with a clean, modern look and a menu to match.

April 30 marked the first day back open, and opening weekend had the dining room full, with guests enjoying the return of a familiar spot with a fresh new feel.

A Menu Worth Waking Up For

Brunch is the main focus, served daily with a mix of classic favorites and updated options that make it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience.

The menu includes avocado toast, brioche French toast and lemon ricotta pancakes, along with savory dishes like eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, smoked salmon Benedict, and burrata with prosciutto. There are also lighter options like salads, along with a pastry basket that is perfect for sharing.

The drink menu adds to the experience, featuring brunch favorites like Bloody Marys, mimosas and mango bellinis, along with coffee, tea and soft drinks. A selection of wines and sparkling options are also available, giving guests plenty to choose from.

For added convenience, The Cove is also offering brunch to go. Guests can place orders online and pick them up at the restaurant during brunch hours. Delivery is not currently available.

Brunch is served:

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

For those who loved the original, this new chapter brings back that same welcoming feeling — now with a new look and energy. With Millian and Theresa leading the way, an updated space and a menu worth trying, The Cove is once again a place for the community to gather for brunch, conversation and time together on Cobb Island.
