Calvert County DFC Mark Robshaw responded to Peebles Department Store in Prince Frederick on September 13 at 8:15 p.m. for a shoplifter in custody.
Employees of the store advised that a female had attempted to exit the store and the alarm sounded. After checking the suspect’s bag, it was noted that she had over $480 worth of items inside it that she did not pay for. DFC Robshaw arrested Ashley Marie Tilch, 21 of St. Leonard and charged her with theft less than $500.
