At 2 a.m. on Jan. 1, Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the 26400 Block of North Sandgates Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident with wires down. The rescue squad responded to the scene and arrived at 2:07 a.m. confirming a single vehicle off the road way with live wires down.
The crew from Squad 7 secured the vehicle and all units cleared the scene at 2:39 a.m. and their was no patient in need of transportation.
FYI: Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad Co 79 ran the first incident of the Year.
Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department Co 7 ran the second incident of the Year and the first Fire response of the year.
The driver could not be located.
