On Wednesday, June 6 at 1:37 p.m., Trooper Quade responded to a reported assault on Oregon Way in Lexington Park.
Contact was made with the female complainant who advised she was assaulted by her 17-year-old son.
During the course of the investigation, the juvenile was arrested for second-degree assault and released to his mother pending further action by juvenile services.
