LEONARDTOWN, Md. — We are receiving reports of a motor vehicle crash on Point Lookout Road this morning.
At approximately 11:09 a.m. on February 5, first responders were called to the 24000 block of Point Lookout Road in the area of St. Andrew’s Church Road for the reported crash. The caller initially advised that there was entrapment.
Upon arrival, crews discovered that no occupants were trapped, and the assignment was downgraded soon after.
A total of four vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash. One patient was transported soon after to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for further treatment.
The road has been shut down temporarily in both directions. Avoid the area if possible, and expect delays in the area.
