On Nov. 29, at 1:09 a.m, Sarah Anne McQueen, 22 of Nazareth, Pa., was arrested by Tpr. M. J. Pitcher for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
McQueen was operating a silver Mazda 6 on north bound Patuxent Beach Road when she was stopped at the intersection of Patuxent Beach Road and South Patuxent Beach Road in California for exceeding the posted speed limit. Upon contact with McQueen, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath. All field sobriety tests were performed unsatisfactorily and she was placed under arrest for DWI/DUI.
McQueen was found to be in possession of a multi-colored smoking device containing Marijuana and four hand rolled Marijuana cigarettes. She was transported to the Leonardtown Barracks for processing for the DWI arrest.
Upon completion, she was then taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
