ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A 31-year-old Bowie man is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor drug charges after an Annapolis search warrant turned up cocaine, heroin, PCP, amphetamine, drug-manufacturing materials and a loaded handgun with an obliterated serial number.
Orlando Diamonte Irving was arrested following the Aug. 19, 2026, search in the 1100 block of Madison Street, according to the Annapolis Police Department.
Members of the department’s Special Investigations Section executed a search and seizure warrant at approximately 3:10 p.m. as part of an investigation into controlled dangerous substance activity.
Investigators reported recovering:
- 102.5 grams of cocaine
- 56.8 grams of heroin
- 8.5 fluid ounces of PCP
- 61.5 grams of amphetamine
- $423 in U.S. currency
- A Glock 43X 9mm handgun with an obliterated serial number and 11 rounds, including one round in the chamber
- Drug paraphernalia and items associated with manufacturing controlled dangerous substances
Irving was charged with 13 counts stemming from the search.
The charges include felony manufacturing of a narcotic controlled dangerous substance and multiple felony counts of possession with intent to distribute, including allegations involving narcotics and PCP.
Irving also faces misdemeanor counts of possession of controlled dangerous substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A bail review was held Aug. 20 before Judge H. Richard Duden III in Glen Burnie District Court.
Irving was ordered held without bond.
A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 16 in Annapolis District Court.
