ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On December 22 at 2:15 a.m., two adult females were walking in the area of Westgate Circle when a male suspect ran up behind them and grabbed one of the women’s purses. The victim briefly held onto the purse and fell to the ground as the man made off with the purse. The suspect was not located.
