On Dec. 12 at approximately 9:32 p.m., St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Deputies and Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack responded to a reported assault / armed robbery at 46363 Columbus Drive in Lexington Park. 

During their investigation three suspects were developed and located in the area of the incident. St. Mary’s BCI detectives were notified and assumed the investigation. A search warrant was conducted at a residence in Lexington Park and additional evidence was recovered.

Detectives charged 18-year-old, Timothy Ignatius Brooks, 25-year-old, Cedric Francis Dyer and 20-year-old, Jamesha Rasham Pixley with armed robbery, second-degree assault and theft under $500. They were incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
